2011 Cabernet Sauvignon

Winemaker Notes: Ripe berry and current flavors dominate the aroma followed by subtle mint and cedar notes. The jammy cherry and current flavors are nicely balanced by firm structure and soft yet plentiful tannins. This Cabernet exhibits wonderful depth, power, and grace, yet has an elegant and lingering finish.

2010 Chardonnay

Winemaker Notes: This traditional white wine is crisp and dry with citrus, pear and nutmeg spice nuances. Buttery oak and pronounced vanillin notes from barrel fermentation add viscosity and mouth feel. Enjoy this wine with fowl, seafood or light pasta.
